Kings Way Book - a view inside

At first it seemed a strange notion to read that the book was written about the history of Graffiti in Melbourne Australia, from 1983 till 1993. Why not 1980 till 1995? It became very apparent that for this particular place, on an island far away, Graffiti as we know it exploded. This was the first documented generation of contemporary graffiti that would affect all generations there after.
